Story
Howard Salter, 48, of College Park Florida passed away on October 26, 2024 just after moving to his new property outside of Elberton, Georgia. Born on October 27, 1975 in Pasadena California, Howard was a devoted husband, father, and friend.
Howard graduated from Liberty University, served in the United States Army, and led a successful career as a Technology Instructor, Project Manager, and Pastor. He was known for creating an app which allows thousands of young adults to compete in the performing arts, churches to successfully connect youth to camping events, instructing employees from around the world in developing online e-commerce solutions, and helping business which made charitable contributions to local ministry to be put on display for the community.
He is survived by his wife, Rebekah Salter, his son, Martin Salter, his three daughters, Madison (Sean) Genette, Kimberly Salter, and Emily Salter, his Mother, Betty Salter, and his sister, Kasey Yulfo. Howard had a passion for people and served his community as a pastor, podcaster, karaoke and trivia host, and could be often be found providing food, clothing, and heartfelt conversation to those with hardships in life. He was actively involved as the pastor of Belong church.
A celebration of life service will be held on a date and time yet to be determined at Church on the Drive in Orlando, FL.
